SOMA ZEN welcomes you in with a Palo santo cleanse infused in the ambiance of rainforest nature sounds, rain, birds & insects in a dark room with jungle lights ❇️
🐸 Opening the space with a grounding pachamama cacao ceremony. Choice of blue lotus and lemon balm tea as an alternative.
Moving into a Reiki meditation opening up to energy followed with a connected breathwork session to music to ignite personal power.
Final part includes a shamanic tree journey meditation & 90 minute 5D sound bath experience embedded with theta brainwave pulses from the crystal bowls, and other rainforest instruments - gong, drumming, chimes, rain stick, ocean drum, rattles, chapaka leaves, feathers, etc.
