Whether you want to write stories, poems, or just explore your thoughts, this session is all about celebrating the season and recharging. So come ready to relax, create, and get into the holiday spirit.
Led by Sheila McGrath, an experienced mental health nurse, and Sally Flint, a teacher, librarian, and writer. All welcome.
