The Oakley Icon Alliance a premier youth women’s flag football platform powered by RCX Sports is bringing its East Regional Qualifier to the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center in Florham Park NJ (home of the New York Jets) on November 22-23 2025.
The event will feature eight elite youth women’s flag football teams competing for a spot in the Oakley Icon Alliance Championship taking place in Los Angeles in February 2026. By hosting the tournament at an NFL training facility Oakley is giving young athletes the chance to compete on professional fields and experience a level of exposure rarely seen in youth sports.
The Oakley Icon Alliance is about giving rising women more than a field to compete on – it’s about giving them a stage to be seen heard and believed in” said Corey Hill Vice President and Head of Oakley Global Sports Marketing. “Women’s flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in America and by expanding the league and elevating the experience inside NFL facilities we’re meeting that momentum head-on helping build confidence community and future careers in sport and beyond.
Following a standout inaugural year the Oakley Icon Alliance has expanded nationwide to include 16 teams across East and West Regionals held at NFL venues including the NY Jets LV Raiders and LA Chargers. The program represents Oakley’s ongoing commitment to expanding access and opportunity for women in sports creating real pathways to visibility confidence and advancement as flag football continues to surge ahead of its Olympic debut at the LA28 Games.
