Celebrate community, creativity, and pride at Oakland Park Pride—a vibrant, family-friendly evening in the park!
Join us for a high-energy “party in the park” filled with live entertainment, interactive activities, and joyful experiences for all ages.
At the heart of the celebration, a central tent will feature exciting games, activites and performances throughout the night, including dazzling drag performers like the Screaming Queens. Throughout the park, you’ll encounter roaming entertainers such as a juggler, mime, and stilt walker, bringing surprise and delight around every corner.
Enjoy music all evening with DJ Chris, who will host interactive games for kids and adults! A second DJ will keep the vibe going with upbeat, LGBTQ+-friendly music.
Bring the whole family and explore:
• Giant bubble displays with Ben the Bubble Guy
• A collaborative Love Wall to share messages of support
• Complimentary activities like face painting, glitter tattoos, and caricatures
• A dedicated sensory station for a more inclusive experience
• Roaming Performers such as mimes, stilt walkers and more!
We’re proud to partner with local organizations helping make this event meaningful and accessible:
• CAN Community Health offering free HIV & STI testing on-site
• Free Mom Hugs sharing love, support, and connection,
• St. Mark’s Episcopal Church hosting a cooling station with refreshments, fans, and misting elements
• Florida Panthers and additional exhibitors providing interactive community engagement
• Additional LGBTQ+ organizations and community groups will also be on-site with resources and information.
Food trucks will be available with a variety of dining options, along with two bars inside the event space for adult beverages.
