We’re so excited to continue our spring season of adventure with OAK at The North Carolina Arboretum, starting in April 2026! Our expert environmental educators are thrilled to continue this weekday drop-off program, where kids (ages 6-13) are encouraged to play, learn, and explore together in an outdoor environment where they take the lead. In the past, OAK participants have made natural dyes with collected plants, gone geocaching, explored our ponds and streams, and practiced fire building, among many other exciting activities. We can’t wait to see what new and fun learning experiences await us in the upcoming season!
Our 2026 Spring Session 2 runs for five weeks, from April 17th to May 15th. Each Friday program runs from 12:30 - 4:30pm.
Membership Information:
Members recieve a 10% discount on OAK programming. To activate your membership discount at checkout, you must enter your member promo code before adding tickets to your cart. Cancellation Policy
Eventbrite service fees and processing fees are non-refundable. If you choose to issue a refund more than 30 days prior to the program start date, you will be refunded the full ticket price; however, Eventbrite will keep the service and processing fees. If you cancel your purchase(s) 30-11 days prior to the program start date, half the total fee is refundable. If cancellation occurs 10-0 days prior to the start date, none of the total fee is refundable.
