A joyous gathering of creative Irish women in Edinburgh. We honour Brigid, the great feminine Gael in song and story, music and community.
About this Event

Brigid's Day has special meaning for Irish and Scottish women, known as the Mary of the Gael and celebrated in poetry, charms, songs and visual art throughout these lands. And so we couldn't let the newest Irish holiday weekend go by without our own event. Featuring a rich diaspora of artists, singers, musicians and writers now living in Edinburgh and beyond, through our own creative work we will honour Brigid, Brighid, Bríd. She is a worthy goddess as well as spiritual guide and, of course, an endless source of inspiration.
