- Sleeves or Bare Knees Only.
- Powerlifting Suit and NZPU Membership not required.
- Novices do no compete against sanctioned athletes.
- Novice athletes cannot qualify for NZPU Nationals.
- Novice results will not be submitted to openpowerlifting.
