About the Site: The Apartments at Landing Road and The Reaching New Heights Residence
Opened in 2018, The Apartments at Landing Road and The Reaching New Heights Residence represent the first pilot project of BRC's innovative Homestretch Housing model. Since opening, the development has continued to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach in helping residents transition to long-term stability. The building is a mixed-use facility that combines a newly constructed 200-bed homeless shelter with 135 units of permanent affordable housing. The building includes 111 furnished studio apartments for low-income residents, with rents under $500 per month.
