SALE will be held on Saturday November 2, 2024 from 9:00am to 11:30am at the Lake Placid Elementary School. DROP OFF will be Friday November 1 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. This is cash or check only. Checks are made payable to Lake Placid Ski Club. Drop off Information:

All gear can be dropped off at the Lake Placid Elementary School between 6:00pm - 8:00pm on November 1, 2024
Additional Drop off time: NYSEF building on October 30th from 9:00am-12:00pm.
Inventory sheets need to be filled out in advance including all of the items you are dropping off and items tagged prior to arriving.

Make sure tags are secured to items properly.
All items must be properly tagged before they arrive.
Put the item number on a tag matching the number on the inventory sheet you completed.
Tagging Tips: Use a safety pin for boots/clothing.
Items not tagged will not be accepted.

Must be filled out before you arrive
Use multiple sheets if needed.
Number the items; make sure your tags match your sheet.
Fill out all the information on the sheet neatly and completely.
Pick Up of Items Not Sold:
All items not sold need to be picked up promptly by 11:30am or they will be donated
Payments:
Checks will be mailed to all sellers within 2-3 weeks of the event. Please be sure to have your full name and address on the inventory sheet.
