New Year's Eve is traditionally a night of buildup of impossible expectations & promises, bars/restaurants overcharge because they think they can and you're out too late making new year's day one filled with regret.We have always felt that was ridiculous and now that we own a bar we're changing things up. - We'll have country specific cocktails / drinks and foods to make things fun for the ball drops of each country
