FAQs
1) How do I get my purchased tickets?
Confirmations are sent via email and Wristbands are picked up at Will-Call located in the Westin Hotel lobby from 11am - 8pm on December 30th and 11am - 1130pn on December 31st.
2) Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No bring your valid photo ID to Will-Call located in the Westin hotel lobby for wristband pick-up.
3) What is the refund policy?
Absolutely NO REFUNDS. (Unless the event is Canceled.)
4) What comes with the purchase of "General Admission" tickets?
General admission to the event includes All party rooms and comedy shows. Cash bars are available for drink purchases. DOES NOT include open bar reserved table or breakfast buffet.
5) What comes with the purchase of "VIP Access" tickets?
VIP Access to the event includes All party rooms comedy shows and VIP access to Open Bars from 9pm - 12am. DOES NOT include reserved tables or breakfast buffet.
6) What comes with the purchase of a "Reserved Table"?
The purchase of a Reserved Table includes VIP Access to the event for 10 people with a reserved table with 10 seats within the VIP secured table section All party rooms comedy shows open bars from 9pm-12am and a complimentary bottle of champagne on the table.
7) Is there a Midnight Breakfast Buffet? Is it included with any event ticket purchase?
There is a Midnight Breakfast Buffet sold separately and managed directly by the Westin. The Midnight Breakfast Buffet is NOT included in the purchase of any ticket to the event.
Buffet tickets can be purchased in advance at Will-Call when picking up wristbands.
8) Are all bars available for General and VIP access?
Yes ALL bars are available for purchasing drinks and for VIP Open Bar Access.
9) Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes you must be 21+ (ID checks will be conducted by Security)
10) If I purchase a hotel package for 2 do I need to reserve my room with the hotel?
NO you are all set with your room + 2 tickets to the party. Simply check into the hotel as normal on the 31st as early as 1pm. Room names will be sent to the hotel by December 20th.
11) Is parking included with the hotel room?
NO onsite Event Parking is managed by the Westin. Special event parking rate will be given. However taking Uber or Lyft is HIGHLY Recommended.
12) Is there a balloon drop at midnight?
Yes there is an NYE balloon drop confetti and countdown to midnight.
13) Can I purchase tickets at the door on December 31st?
Typically YES there will be tickets available for purchase at Will-Call in the Westin hotel lobby on December 31st starting at 11am based on any availability. (Sold Out last year by December 15th)
