The evening will begin with a spectacular "modern asado" dinner—an expression of the finest regional flavors, cooked over live fire. This feast will showcase the art of mastering fire, crafting the most exquisite tastes, accompanied by the live rhythms of a band and the soothing sound of ocean waves.
After dinner, the celebration will take flight with a powerful musical lineup that will keep us dancing until the first light of the new year.
