The NYC MidExpress is a special direct charter bus set up by the NYC Naval Academy Parents Club. The bus has plushy comfy seats with free WIFI and a bathroom.The NYC MidExpress is a direct service from the Yard (Gate 1) to Penn Station (31st Street btw 8th & 9th Avenues in NYC) on Tuesday, November 25th. It looks like the midday break will be cancelled, so the departure time should be no later than 2:30 PM. The return trip is also a direct service, leaving Penn Station at 12 Noon on Sunday, November 30th, allowing plenty of time to be back on the Yard.

No need to worry about your Mid getting to and from the Baltimore or Washington, DC airports, Amtrak station, or Greyhound station. And no need to stress about your Mid possibly missing the bus because the bus will wait until after all the classes are officially over before departing the Yard.
The drop-off and pickup location in NYC near Penn Station allows easy access to Grand Central Station and Port Authority as well. This is a great option for Mids traveling on to Long Island, upstate NY, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and beyond.
