The NYC Men Teach 10-Year Celebration is a two-part, daylong gathering honoring a decade of commitment to diversifying New York City’s educator workforce. The event brings together policy makers, partners, program alumni, educators, and community members to reflect on ten years of milestones, impact, and leadership.
The first half of the day features a conference-style program, including panels, workshops, a keynote address, evaluation presentations, and collaborative discussions focused on the future of teacher recruitment, retention, and equity.
The evening transitions into a banquet-style honoring dinner celebrating distinguished leaders, alumni, and partners who have shaped the NYC Men Teach legacy. Guests will enjoy special presentations, a fireside chat, thoughtful reflections, and the acknowledgment of outstanding contributions over the past decade.
This decennial celebration serves as both a reflection on the program’s journey and a call to action for the continued advancement of a diverse, empowered, and community-rooted educator pipeline in New York City.
