About this Event
Join The Moravilla Sales Team for a Bilingual Homebuyer 101 Workshop (English/Spanish) designed to help you build a practical, step-by-step homebuying strategy you can implement this year, based on your goals, timeline, and financial readiness.
This workshop is proudly supported by our lender partner and sponsor, Juan Cueto, Mortgage Business Development Officer at EastWest Bank, who will be participating in the session to provide real-world lender insight. Juan will help break down what lenders look for in today’s market, which documents matter most, common approval delays to avoid, and how to strengthen your financial profile so you can move forward with confidence.
Our mission is to empower our communities through real estate by offering bilingual monthly and quarterly tools, workshops, and consultations that support generational wealth and help disrupt the wealth gap impacting minority communities. In New York, the homeownership gap remains stark. State Comptroller reporting shows that in 2021, 67% of White households owned their homes, compared to 34% of Black households and 29% of Hispanic households.
NAR’s 2025 Snapshot of Race and Home Buying in America also underscores persistent disparities and the continued need for education and support for historically underserved buyers.
We’re licensed in New York, and through our Keller Williams national & international network, once you’re fully prepped we can connect you with trusted partner agents if you plan to buy outside NY (relocation, investing, selling, or purchasing elsewhere).
