The agenda for the events:

• Overview by an Experience Real Estate Agent on the buying process. All types of properties; private homes, two family homes, condos, and co-ops, the process start to finish
• A mortages professional will discuss the importance of pre-approval letters and mortgages. There will be a focus on Homefirst down payment assistance program, State of NY Mortgages Agency, and first time homeowners grant programs. There will be also be discussion on for those who don't qualify for this program to assist them.
• The next discussion will be by a Real Estate Attorney and all the legal processes
• We will discuss Title Insurance and how that works.
• There will be a Q/A and time to mingle for one on one discussions.
