A winner-takes-most single-elimination tournament where your turnout directly increases the prize money. Bring your best plays — the bigger the bracket, the bigger the bag.

With ~12 players → ? 1st gets $300 total
With 20 players → ? 1st gets $400 / ? 2nd gets $100
More players = bigger payouts
