Join us for the NWA Doubles Tournament! We are hosting a 32-team bracket to see who takes home the top prize. Ensure your team is registered and ready to compete.
📍 Event Details
• Location: Bway
• Entrance Fee: $60 per team
• Sign-ups: Start at 9:00 AM (Arrival at this time is mandatory)
• Games Begin: 10:00 AM sharp
📋 Tournament Rules & Gameplay
To ensure a fair and smooth experience for everyone, the following rules will be strictly enforced:
•Level Requirement- Anybody who has not won in 4 years
• Punctuality: All players must be present when their names are called. Failure to check in with the host or show up for your match will result in a DQ after a 5-minute grace period.
• Timeouts: Each team is allotted (3) 2-minute timeouts.
• Wipes: Unlimited wipes are permitted, but are strictly limited to 10 seconds each.
• Appeals: There is a limit of 3 appeals per team for the duration of the tournament.
• Court Duties: Winners are required to stay and watch lines for the following game.
• No Buy-backs: Once you're out, you're out.
⚖️ Officiating & Conduct
• Referees: All refs are hand-selected by the host. Their decisions are final, and their specific rules must be followed. No referee changes will be made unless approved by the host.
• Sportsmanship: We encourage competitive energy and "trash talk," but keep it respectful. Crossing the line into harassment will result in a warning.
• Penalty System: You receive two warnings maximum. A third infraction results in an immediate DQ.
