About this Event

NVRSTL Flow is a mat pilates workout held at The Grind Academy. Bring your own mat and a water bottle. Workouts will be led by certified trainer, Jenn Dinh and access to The Grind Academy's wellness rooms will be complimentary with the price of a ticket. Wellness rooms include 2 red light /blue light therapy beds, 2 cold plunges, and a 6 person infrared sauna. Please plan and dress accordingly if you are planning on using the wellness rooms (ie. towel and swimsuit for cold plunge).
