About Your Facilitator:
David Loman graduated top of his class in Nutrition Science from NC State University, where he also earned a minor in Sports Science. After completing his undergrad, he specialized in outpatient sports rehabilitation before making a successful transition into the fitness industry in 2017. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and in-house nutritionist for Fit Method CLT, specializing in post-rehabilitation, rotational sports performance, and functional fitness for the general population.
David holds numerous certifications, including being a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, an Active Isolated Stretching Practitioner, and Muscle Activation Techniques certified in both upper and lower body. He also has graduate-level studies in Surface Anatomy and Biomechanics.
David is also the host of The Fit Method Podcast, which covers a wide range of topics in nutrition, training, recovery, mindset, and faith. As the owner of Loman Health LLC, he helps clients optimize their health with personalized coaching in nutrition and fitness.
