Join AHS Registered Dietitian, Heather Mathur, for an in-person nutrition workshop to learn about staying strong & healthy as you age! You will also be able to take part in a nutrition screening! Snack are provided and participants will have multiple opportunities to win a $25 grocery store gift card. This event is put on in partnership with AHS Nutrition Services, Healthy Lethbridge, the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization and the Seniors Community Services Partnership. It will take place in the Stage Area at LSCO.
