About this Event
Confused About Nutrition? Let’s Simplify It.
If you’ve ever walked out of the gym wondering whether you’re actually eating the right things… you’re not alone.
Most people we speak to are putting the effort in with training, but still feel low on energy, stiff, or frustrated that they’re not seeing the progress they expected. Not because they’re doing everything wrong, but because nutrition feels unclear, overcomplicated, and hard to stick to.
That’s exactly why we’re running this.
We’ve partnered with Dr Priya Khorana (PhD Nutrition, Columbia University) to deliver a practical, no-nonsense workshop designed to help you finally understand how to fuel your body properly without extremes, restrictions, or guesswork.
This isn’t about diets or cutting out everything you enjoy. It’s about giving you clear, simple guidance you can actually apply in real life.
During the session, we’ll walk you through what to eat to support your training, what meal timing actually matters (and what doesn’t), and how to make better food choices day to day without overthinking everything. We’ll also cover the common mistakes that hold people back, and the small changes that can quickly improve your energy, consistency, and results.
This workshop is ideal if you train but still feel unsure about your nutrition, if your energy isn’t where you want it to be, or if you’re tired of trying to piece things together on your own.
Dr Priya specialises in hormonal health, energy, metabolism, and strength-focused nutrition, with a strong focus on long-term, sustainable results. Her approach is simple: no extremes, no generic plans, just strategies that work in real life.
At Globe Works, we focus on giving people structure, support, and clarity so they can feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in their body again. This workshop is an extension of that designed to give you the understanding and direction most people are missing.
