Please join us in welcoming Dr. Jennifer Green to Healthy Eats Classroom. Dr. Green is a licensed naturopathic doctor and the owner of Juniper Natural Health, serving patients virtually in Yakima and throughout Washington state. She specializes in women’s hormone health with a focus on fertility, preconception care, PCOS, endometriosis, painful or irregular periods, perimenopause, and menopause.
In this seminar Dr. Jennifer Green will go into detail of how your nutrition effects your hormones and what you can do to create the balanace we all desire. This seminar will talk about blood sugar balance, protein, healthy fats, gut health, foods and habits to avoid, and so much more! Each participant will recieve a packed of information to take home. This is a 2 hour seminar for women 18 and older. Snacks are provided.

Dr. Jennifer Green is a licensed naturopathic doctor and the owner of Juniper Natural Health, serving patients virtually in Yakima and throughout Washington state. She specializes in women’s hormone health with a focus on fertility, preconception care, PCOS, endometriosis, painful or irregular periods, perimenopause, and menopause.
Her approach utilizes evidence-informed natural medicine including nutrition, lifestyle support, herbal medicine, and targeted supplementation to help address the root causes of hormonal imbalances and fertility concerns. She is able to order specialty and conventional lab testing and, when appropriate, can prescribe and manage medications such as menopausal hormone therapy (MHT/HRT). Her goal is to create individualized, sustainable treatment plans that help women improve symptoms, optimize long-term health, and feel more confident navigating their hormones.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Green developed the Pregnancy Prep Package, a self-paced online program designed to help women navigate fertility difficulties and prepare for a healthy pregnancy. Outside of her practice, she enjoys foraging for herbs and mushrooms, baking, knitting, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her toddler son and her cat, Poppy.
