We are partnering with Spectrum Generations to provide Nutrition Coaching for Seniors (60 and over only) (no insurance needed). By Appointment only, a Registered Dietician will meet with individuals one-on-one for free nutrition counseling. What is a Nutrition Coach? A nutrition coach is a Registered Dietician who educates people about food nutrition and how it affects quality of life and health care issues. This unique event lets you skip the referral, and provides a one-on-one opportunity to speak with a Registered Dietician about your eating habits, your nutritional areas of concern, or to help you understand your doctor’s directives regarding your diet.
