In her talk ‘Mood, Mind and Motivation – The Food-Mood Connection’, Registered Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner Minna Wood will be sharing simple but powerful insights on how you can feed your trillions of gut microbes better, in order to support your brain and mental health and banish low moods and anxiety.
After the talk, Karen Pancholi will be demoing simple but delicious meals that support optimal gut health and mood, and you will enjoy the food at the end of the session.

Minna Wood is the founder of Metawell (https://metawell.co.uk), a nutrition clinic cased in Bracknell and online. She specialises in digestive, menopause and mental health. Minna digs deep into the root causes of her clients’ chronic symptoms to help her clients reclaim their optimal health, feel happy and enjoy life. She is also a facilitator at Stepping Stones Recovery College in Bracknell, a mental health charity, where her Food and Mood course has been running ever since 2021.
