Welcome to Nurturing the Nurturers event!
If you have ever felt alone in your caregiving journey, overwhelmed by medical terminology, exhausted from juggling appointments, or carrying guilt for simply needing a break…. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! In fact, you are in the right place.
I created this workshop because no caregiver should feel isolated, ill-equipped, or unsure of where to turn for help. This workshop isn't a lecture from a textbook, it is real strategies from real experiences, shared in a space where your struggles are understood because I've lived them too.
In this 4-hour workshop, you'll discover:
- Practical tools for organizing care, navigating medical appointments, and managing the daily overwhelm
- How to advocate effectively without burning out
- Strategies for handling caregiver guilt and practicing self-compassion
- Ways to build and maintain support systems when you feel alone
- Permission to acknowledge the hard parts while finding moments of hope
More than anything, you'll leave knowing that you are part of a community that truly understands. Through guided meditation, honest discussion, hands-on activities, and shared stories, we will create a judgment-free space where caregivers can be real about the difficulties, learn from each other's experiences, and walk away with actionable strategies you can implement immediately.
