This informal netwalking opportunity is designed to give you time to walk one-to-one with Elevates Learning and Consultancy Lead, Joanna Panese. Ask those burning questions about how to nurture neurodiversity in your workplace for better business results AND network with other business professionals.

Meet Joanna Panese
Joanna is a strategic leader and practice specialist with over 15 years experience working across services both within the public and private sector. Joanna's expertise spans autism practice, service development, learning and development, and embedding approaches that promote voice, participation, and autonomy for neurodivergent people with the workplace.

How does it work?
Join us for a 70-90 minute guided business netwalk in the leafy, green environment of Glasgow Green. You'll have a dedicated, 10 minute walking slot with Joanna. Use this time to ask her all those burning questions you have about creating and sustaining an inclusive work environments.
Come with pre-prepared questions or simply describe your business and ask for Joanna’s insights on how you can implement ideas to nurture neurodiversity.
When not walking with Joanna, you'll have a chance to walk, connect and network 1 to 1 with other attendees. To ensure fair and useful time with Joanna, spaces for this event are limited to 8.
If your schedule allows, we will head to ‘West’ for a post-walk cuppa and open networking.
Facilities:
- Free parking on ‘The Green’ and Templeton Streets
- Toilets located within West Brewery and within the park
- Approximately 25 minutes walk from Queen Street Rail Station and 30 minutes from Central
- Nearest Subway Station is St Enoch (then a 20 minute walk to Doulton Fountain)
Things to know:
- The route is approximately 3.5 kilometres
- Light rain on the day? Bring a waterproof, we’ll be walking anyway!
- Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear
- Bring some water/juice especially if it’s a hot day (we may even need suncream!!!)
- We ask that you walk at the pace of your walk & talk partner
- While the walk route is mainly flat and paved, there is one short incline
- If the weather forecast suggests that it is unsafe to proceed, the event may be cancelled at short notice
