About this Event
Nurturing Grief Through Art – Watercolor
Join us for a heart-centered watercolor workshop designed to help you process grief through creative expression. Whether your grief is recent or long held, loud or quiet, this space offers a compassionate container to slow down, feel, and create.
Through guided prompts and reflective conversation, you will explore how art can become a bridge between emotion and meaning. No artistic experience is necessary. This is about expression, not perfection.
