Welcome to Nurture Your Relationship With You for Valentine's aboard our floating studio moored in SW6.
A supportive reflective workshop focused on nurturing the most important relationship in your life - the one you have with yourself.
Through breathwork, guided reflection and gentle practises we'll experience how to nurture a kinder more loving relationship with ourselves.
There will be a Rose Tea Ceremony and we'll finish with a Sound & Gong Bath.

Hilly Barker is an integrative coach, Internal Family Systems practitioner and certified Louise Hay's Heal Your Life workshop leader who brings warmth, compassion and a gentle sense of humour, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen and supported.
Gong Goddess Jo is your guide to deep relaxation. With sound baths, breathwork and a warm welcoming presence she creates a space where your nervous sytem can finally slow down and your body can rest. Complete with the best cup of tea you'll have all day.
