Expecting a baby and keen to learn more about musculoskeletal health? Join our fully funded (free) 90 minute session.Facilitated by specialist women’s health physio, this event is part of the Nurture Māmā monthly series, alternating with our 'in-Pregnancy Breastfeeding Information Session’
Join a small group of pregnant mama and their support person in a welcoming, intimate community space. There are a variety of comfortable seating options.
There is a full kitchen with microwave, cutlery etc provided and you are welcome to bring your own dinner. Light refreshments are provided.
There is limited parking onsite. Free parking is available after 6pm at Boundary Street carpark and Ballarat Street car park. Buses: number 1, 2 and 5 stop at Stanley Street.
