Time: 8 January – 12 March 2025, Wednesdays from 18:30 to 20:00
Please note: no class on 5 and 12 February. You’ll be able to practise with our guided meditation recordings and receive email support during this time.

This beginner mindfulness meditation course is limited to 8 people to create an intimate and safe atmosphere for personal inquiry.
The course provides written handouts and access to guided audio meditations to support the establishment of a consistent practice.

About the instructor
Eszter Farkas is a certified mindfulness meditation instructor (Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach). Eszter has been teaching meditation and yoga for nearly a decade and regularly participates in workshops and retreats to stay connected to the teachings and to continue to deepen her practice.
