In this day retreat join visiting teacher Mary Girishaa as she shares 10 simple daily practices based on the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga to provide a strong foundation for your ongoing health and wellbeing. Mary believes that comfort and convenience are slowly killing us. For sustainable health and happiness our habits – those things we do every day – need to be aligned with our own nature, as well as the rhythms of nature that are all around us. She will show us how these 10 positive habits are like scaffolding that provide the foundation for optimum wellbeing all through our lives.
As well as exploring the 10 habits in a relaxed and interactive way, you will also enjoy the deep relaxation of yoga nidra and a deliciously simple vegetarian lunch which will draw together many of the principles and practices that will have been talked about.
Mary is an Ayurvedic practitioner specialising in women's health
and is known for her warmth, integrity and ‘real talk’ guidance.
She teaches with me on the annual master cleanse retreat in NSW and is a great friend.
