Nurture & Bloom Spiritual Day RetreatStep into a day designed to hold you. On the eve of Mother’s Day, we gather in intentional community to gently explore the mother wound and reconnect with the part of you that has always been worthy of love, care, and nurturing.
Nurture & Bloom is an invitation to slow down, soften, and turn inward to meet your inner child with compassion, to tend to the places within you that are ready for healing and to begin cultivating a new, more loving relationship with yourself. As you move through the day, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your own inner nurturer, learning how to mother yourself in the ways you may have always needed by offering safety, tenderness, and unconditional support from within. Through a thoughtfully curated blend of meditation, movement, energy healing, and subconscious work, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves you and plant new seeds rooted in self-trust, safety, and inner nourishment.
