About this Event
Hosted in Pasadena at Focus Chiropractic, this special event brings together gentle cranial and bodywork, breastfeeding support, and relaxation for both parent and baby.
During this small group gathering, parents will have the opportunity to:
-Have your baby assessed by pediatric chiropractor Dr. Kolleen Gregory,DC FICPA including:
-Gentle cranial and bodywork to help release tension and support comfort, feeding, head shape, and natural movement.
-Learn simple, practical exercises you can do at home with your baby to help improve mobility, comfort, and body awareness.
-Receive breastfeeding support from IBCLC Josee Pound, including:
-Pre- and post-weighted feeds
- Latch assessments
-Personalized guidance for breastfeeding parents
-Experience a soothing sound bath designed for babies and mothers, creating a calming sensory experience and a moment of rest for parents.
-Connect with other local parents while enjoying tea and nourishing snacks.
This gathering is perfect for families who want to support their baby’s development, learn helpful techniques, and spend a relaxed morning in a supportive environment.
