Somewhere along the way, someone handed us a rulebook. It said happiness was something you earn. Something that comes after the hard work, the success, the sacrifice, the to-do list that never quite gets done.
But what if that rulebook is a lie? What if the belief that you have to deserve happiness is the very thing standing between you and it?
Here's the truth: Happiness is a skill. And just like any skill — you can learn it, practice it, and get really, really good at it.
In this workshop, we're going to burn the old rulebook. We'll break the myths that have been keeping joy just out of reach, shift the way we think (for good), and rediscover happiness in ways you probably haven't tried since you were a kid — and yes, that means we're going to play.
