*NEW LOCATION* raleighnc.gov/parksVolunteer counselors with Nursing Mothers of Raleigh provide information and support to breastfeeding/lactating families. They offer classes about specific topics, as well as answers to individual questions: Breastfeeding Q & A, preparation and getting started, starting solids, weaning, supporting your partner, understanding your baby's cues, how breastfeeding changes as your baby grows, etc. Ongoing lactation support is available between meetings.
Meeting Times
The 1st Thursday night each month from 7 pm to 9 pm.
The 3rd Thursday morning each month from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
