Nurses Night: Restore & Receive is a 75-minute restorative and yin yoga experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and replenish your nervous system.
This cozy, candlelit class invites you to come exactly as you are—scrubs welcome—and settle into gentle, supported poses that encourage deep relaxation and release. Long, nourishing holds paired with breath awareness will guide your body out of “go mode” and into a state of restoration.
The evening will close with a soothing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to support a full mind-body reset. The experience will be gently guided by instructor Kelsey Sabo, and light refreshments will be provided.
Whether you’re coming straight from a shift or simply seeking a peaceful pause, this class is your invitation to receive the care you so often give to others.
