Recharge your mind, body, and spirit with our Wellness Day at NUBOXX! This special community event blends movement, recovery, and healthy treats for a full mind–body reset.
What to expect:
- Boxing Classes – Get energized and have fun with a beginner-friendly boxing class.
- Physical Therapy Tips – Learn expert strategies to move smarter, prevent injuries, and recover efficiently.
- BOX & FLOW - 30 minutes of boxing and 30 minutes of yoga to help stretch and relax
Schedule:
- 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Technical Boxing: Develop and sharpen your footwork and punches to evolve into an effective, elusive boxer. This class is great for both beginners and experienced boxers!
- 10:45 AM - 11:45 AM Boxing Conditioning: Designed to build your boxing endurance, this class turns your technical boxing skills up a notch into high intensity intervals with shorter rest periods.
- 11: 00 AM - 12:00 PM - BOX & FLOW: 30 minutes of bixing and 30 minutes of yoga
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM 30/30: Get the best of both worlds with 30 minutes of boxing and 30 minutes of strength and conditioning.
This is a great way to try something new, learn about wellness, and meet a like-minded community—whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just looking to reset for the weekend.
