2026 JGI New Orleans Fellow Dr. Timothy Mangin will host Nu Dem: Senegalese Sabar Drum and Dance Workshop.

Featured artists include: Weedie Braimah, Awa Diagne, Magatte Sow, and Babacar Seck.

Refreshments will be provided. Please bring a drum and a nonperishable food item for the church pantry. No prior experience with drumming or dancing is required.
