Ash Nair is the General Manager of Data Analytics Automation & AI (CDAO) at icare, a major insurance provider in Australia. They bring extensive experience in data analytics leadership, technology strategy, and consulting.
Within the insurance sector, Ash has served as Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) at QBE, where they also held the position of Information, Technology & Analytics Head. Their leadership focused on driving data-driven insights and optimizing business performance.
Drawing on a background in advanced analytics consulting, Ash was a Director at EY, focusing on Advanced Analytics, Customer Analytics, Big Data, and Information Management. Prior to this, activities involved leading Advanced Analytics initiatives at EY.
Their work history includes serving as Technology Strategy & Governance Leader at Capiotech, contributing to the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of corporate analytical solutions. Earlier in their career, Ash was a Managing Consultant at IBM and a Senior Consultant at PwC, demonstrating applied knowledge of technology and business strategy. Their background reflects a strong focus on data analytics and technology leadership within diverse industries.
