Paradox, tension, and opposites are a natural part of life—and a powerful source of energy. When we become aware of these polarities and learn to play with them, they not only spark more dynamic and engaging improv scenes, but also help us create more flow in our everyday lives. In this workshop, we’ll explore polarities through playful exercises, discovering how to tap into their energy both on stage and beyond.
