NSHSS looks forward to seeing you, our outstanding members, and your families at our Member Event in the Ackerman Union Grand Ballroom on the campus of UCLA. Join fellow NSHSS members and their families from across the United States for educational opportunities, academic recognition, networking, and making new friends! This event is a celebration of academic excellence. We'll end the day with our Member Recognition Ceremony, where each NSHSS member in attendance will be recognized for their incredible academic achievements.

*Attendees are responsible for getting to and from the event location. NSHSS does not assist with airfare or hotels. *
We recommend that you register as soon as possible. Seating is limited, and registration will close once we reach the venue's maximum capacity. Only those who register via Eventbrite will be admitted to the event. Registration fees are non-refundable.

PARKING: Event attendees should plan to park in Parking Structure 4 (221 Westwood Plaza), Parking Structure 8 (555 Westwood Plaza), or Parking Structure 9 (675 Charles E Young Dr. South). Parking fees will range from $4-$16 MAX for the day. https://transportation.ucla.edu/campus-parking/visitors
HOTEL: NSHSS will secure courtesy blocks of hotel rooms at surrounding UCLA-favored hotels. Check the event page for booking links!
REFUND POLICY: If you are no longer able to attend, please email [email protected], and we can transfer your tickets to another NSHSS event. You can also transfer your registration to another event via Eventbrite up until the evening before the event date. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected] by 5 PM EST on the day before the event. On the day of the event and beyond, registration transfers are no longer allowed in the Eventbrite system, and transferring to another event will no longer be an option. Tickets may not be transferred to a different event more than once.
Refunds to the original payment method will be issued in full for refund requests received up to 15 days before the event starts. Up to 30 days before the event starts, attendees can choose to request automatic refunds for a future event credit or a refund to the original payment method issued through Eventbrite. After submitting your refund request in writing by email to [email protected], please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request. After 14 days before the event starts, no refunds will be issued. All further sales are non-refundable.
This event will take place rain or shine. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled event date or may be refunded on a case-by-case basis. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
