ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:

Kimberly Gold is a tireless advocate for female business owners and business owners of minority backgrounds. As president and CEO of the Colorado Springs Black Chamber of Commerce, she volunteers full time and has made an indelible impact on the business community and Colorado Springs at large.

Under her leadership, the Colorado Springs Black Chamber of Commerce has introduced initiatives like Black Business Month, which focuses on increasing access to capital, networking, and wellness opportunities for BIPOC entrepreneurs. Kimberly is known for her ability to build engaged, enthusiastic teams and motivate them to bring about real change.

In addition to her role at the Chamber, Kimberly volunteers with several organizations, including CONO, The Independence Center, and the Military Spouse Coalition. She is also an El Pomar Scholar, a CO Governor’s Fellow, and a member of the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute.

Kimberly's passion for creating a thriving community extends beyond the business sector to advocating for mental health awareness and other issues faced by the Pikes Peak region. Her efforts have directly facilitated funding opportunities for local businesses, empowering them to thrive in a competitive market.
