They have been told a million times, by kohl-eyed dancers dancing in temples, in towns and villages, at dawn and at dusk. The world is different now. We dance to different tunes, but we still dance from the heart. The Udupa Foundation will bring to you both ancient dance forms and contemporary ones, with fresh energy in the irresistible synergy of dance, lore, and music. In the fourth edition of Nrityakatha, we are honoured to feature eminent artists Padma Shri Malavika Sarukkai and Indira Kadambi along with Ambalam Ensemble, who will be presenting “Darshan” and “Koham” respectively.
