Join us on July 14th 2022 at 111 Minna Gallery for our “Novice to Nailing It - Thriving in Data Driven Sales Management” conference. We will be providing three Vertical Workshops with three sessions each. Choose from workshops focused on Sales Leaders, Marketing Leaders or Communities. Each session will detail on skill sets that can help you better utilize your sales data and manage a team with aligned goals. Each vertical will begin at 9am and continue to 5pm. Breakfast, Lunch & snacks will be provided throughout the day. Be ready to interact in hands-on workshops, gain new efficiency tools and expand your network.
Vertical I - Sales Leaders
Being a Sales Leader puts great focus on operations and interpersonal relations with your team. In this vertical we aim to give you the skills to be proactive with your sales and communicate with your team effectively while using data driven proficiency. Add new tools to your belt with our “Guide to Forecasting” providing practices for precision. Create a transparent and goal driven team with our “Guide to making performance conversations easy”. Lastly, bring it home with our “Data Driven Ramping” seminar. Understand how to review your team from onboarding to first sales and onward.
Session I - The Sales Leaders Guide to Forecasting - Join us in a session focused on being that proactive Sales Leader you know are! Our guide to forecasting offers a look into “math based” forecasting, keeping an eye on transactional sales motions and the benefits of using “top down” approach to looking at your team. As a leader remaining on top of these numbers can be overwhelming at times. We will discuss the ways to hone in on maintaining the eye to better read these metrics and the best approaches when looking at long term cycles.
Session II - Guide to Making Performance Conversations Easy - Sales leaders are faced with the opportunity to have direct conversations with their reps to review performances. Often the performance conversation may seem daunting or even disheartening to your team. Find ways to document agreed outcomes, create effective feedback and ensure that your coaching style is consumed and acted on. Let us help you find what tactics can spotlight your reps' positive habits and create goals with you to succeed.
Session III - Get Radical Results with Data Driven Ramping - You have the metrics, you can read your forecast and now those conversations with your rep seem to be sinking in. At what point can you expect to ramp up and when should you expect to see the rewards of those efforts? This session leads the conversation of new ways to apply data driven sales management principles to your reps ramp time! Our focus on KPI’s for teams, proactive goal tracking and performance issues diagnosis, gives a more realistic view on your progress. Through this lens you will be able to create long term strategy and success.
Vertical II - Marketing Leaders
Want to maintain an analytical eye on your market? Join us while we encourage a comprehensive analysis of your organization's metrics. In “Setting SDR & AE Goals that don't suck” create new approaches with your team that (say it with me) don't suck. Discover a new avenue into your metrics with our “Ultimate Sales Metrics and Diagnosis Guide”. This will allow you to lay a magnifying glass on your numbers and keep an eye on any issues or patterns. Lastly, “Sales Management in a Downturn” provides an outlook of readiness after a time of economic effects from a pandemic. Find ways to use these tools to create an efficient outlook for your company.
Session I : Masterclass - Setting SDR & AE Goals that Don't Suck - Learn how to approach setting goals, pivoting from unwanted outcomes and gain monitoring tools for your progress.
Session II : The Ultimate Sales Metrics & Diagnosis Guide - View your team’s KPI’s with tree metrics for AE and SDR. Deep dive into identifying issues within the pipeline and the best practices for inspection.
Session III : Sales Management in a Downturn - It's not always an upward success story. Preparedness for a downturn is important and we can provide tools to pivot to “efficiency first” tactics that will help your business manage the operations in this event.
Vertical III : Communities
Growing your sales community involves making sure all teams are cohesive. Follow this vertical into managing remote workers, uplifting team members through proactively root performance issues and an exploration into legendary sales management in major companies.
Session I : How to Hybrid : Managing Distributed Sales Teams - Using the metrics to set the right coals whole navigating limited visibility and communication with your remote or remote hybrid team.
Session II : Atriums Performance Conversations & PIP’s - Proactively addressing performance issues and effectively structure performance conversations.
Session III :Masterclass “ Sales Coaching - Using data to uphold principles of coaching and successfully operating rhythms.
1st Tier - The Focus - $500 (Add the Boost $650)
Have your heart set on one focused vertical workshop? We can do that! Our Focus package allows you access to one of the following vertical Categories and its three (3) focused workshops:

Will also include catered Breakfast, Lunch & snacks and provided materials for each class.
2nd Tier - The Mix & Match - $600 (add The Boost $750)
You have your eyes on a class that will really boost your skills but it's in a different vertical? Say no more. The Mix & Match Package allows you to jump between our vertical categories and choose up to three (3) separate workshops throughout the day. Includes catered Breakfast, Lunch & snacks and provided materials for each class.
3rd Tier - The Boost ( VIP Package) - $150 additional cost to each package
This ticket can be added to The Mix & Match or The Focus and will cover guaranteed attendance, Breakfast, Lunch & snacks, access to recorded sessions, take home content and fun swag! Highly recommended for those who want to keep this journey going long after you’ve left the conference.
Team Discount- The more the merrier. We would love the opportunity to have your team join us for one of our experiences. For groups of 10 or more we are happy to provide a 10% discount and some great Atrium swag!

Who are these workshops for?
Our workshops are designed to improve the skill sets in sales management for Account Executives, Sales Development Managers and Customer Success Managers. We encourage those looking to focus on their metrics, hoping to grow their organization or communities to register.
Will there be tickets available to purchase at the door?
We have spent time in detail in order to create an efficiently timed program with limited seating. We will only be accepting attendees that have registered for this event. Please feel free to reach out if you are hoping to bring a large team.
Will there be take home content available to ticket holders?
We will provide basic material to all attendees to guide you through our sessions. However if you add The Boost to any of our ticket packages, more content will be made available to you. This will include access to recorded sessions, take home books and swag!
Will this be a virtual conference?
No, virtual attendance will not be available for this event. If you are not local or prefer virtual sessions, please keep an eye on our company page. We will post any new locations or online events to our site in the future. You may also access our Resource Library page that provides great recorded sessions and studies on data driven sales management.
