This class has a pre-requisite of a basic obedience course or trainer approval. Dogs need to be able to walk on a loose lead.This is a 6 week group class.

Join us at The Clever Canine for an introduction to Rally, a fast-growing sport that focuses on building teamwork and obedience skills between you and your dog. Experience navigating a course together, mastering different exercises at each station, and sharpening your dog's skills, all while having a blast. This class is not designed for competition, our goal is to help you and your dog build a better partnership while also having fun. Teams will be introduced to the sport of Rally. Each team will learn how to perform Rally signs and navigate a simple Rally course. This class is designed to build teamwork while having fun negotiating a Rally course. In order to get the most out of this class it is strongly recommended that dogs be familiar with basic obedience exercises such as heeling, fronts and finishes.
If you are looking for help with something beyond that scope or more personalized training, then individual lessons are a better option for you and can be scheduled. If unsure, please ask.
There are four forms to be submitted as well: Hold Harmless Form, Social Media Consent, Vaccine Verification, and COVID-19 waiver. You can find these forms under our Services tab in an online form or PDF version.
If there is inclement weather that does not allow us to meet in person, the class will be completed through an online platform or alternate options will be provided.
