The Novi BBQ Festival: Ribs & Whiskey boasts a lineup of national pitmasters, showcasing their signature BBQ dishes, from succulent ribs to smoky brisket, and everything in between. More than 20 food vendors will be on-site, ensuring that there is something to satisfy every palate.

Featured BBQ Pit Masters: Cowboy BBQ, Carolina Rib King, Deets BBQ, Hog Heaven, Tender Bonez, Mr. Pit Master, Smoke Rattle & Roll, Buck Em BBQ, Yetti Old World Cuisine and Prime BBQ Smoke House.

Other Food Venders: Spicy Bangkok Tacos, Taste of International Foods, Detroit Shrimp & Fish, Xav's Carribean, Guac & Roll, Different Twist Pretzels and More!
