                    Each month you will have a rotating class style lead by different teachers.  In November join Joe Anderson each Tuesday 7.45pm.Join Joe for a four week block of classes that will slow down the fluid movements of vinyasa flow to build strength and flexibility through longer holds. Think of this class as a moving meditation that will help you to deepen your connection to your body and breath, strengthening muscles and joints in the process. Moving more slowly encourages mindfulness and control while entering poses, helping to refine technique while calming the nervous system for a grounded and centring practice
These classes are Pay What you Can from £4-£12.
