7 Nov - 60mins Tempo Run

14 Nov - 8/10km Easy Run (Tapering Start)

28 Nov - 5/6km Shakeout Run

PUMA is Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon's official apparel and footwear partner so to gear up for the upcoming marathon in December, we have prepared a series of training programmes. The run will feature pace groups of: 5.30 min/km, 6.00 min/km, 6.30 min/km, 7.00min/km, and 8.00min/km, led by PNRCSG Captains.
