Election of Administrative Council for Democratic Party of Brown County.This event is being hosted at our local election office at 118 South Chestnut Ave. in downtown Green Bay.
Nominations for Officers and Area Representatives will be taken at the General Membership Meeting to be held on Thursday November 21st at 7pm at 118 S Chestnut Ave, Green Bay (the Office).
The election will be held on Thursday December 19th at 7pm at the Office.

• Treasurer
As per the Democratic Party of Brown County’s constitution, the elected positions of Chair, Vice Chair and Second Vice Chair must be a combination of different sexes.
Area Representatives
• Green Bay West of the Fox River
• Green Bay East of the Fox River
• Allouez, De Pere East of the Fox River
• Ashwaubenon, De Pere West of the Fox River
• Howard, Suamico to the northwest of Brown County
• Outlying Areas. Remainder of Brown County and any members living outside the County.
Area representatives must live in the area they wish to represent and are elected only by members living in that area. You must be a current member to be nominated. Self nominations will be accepted via email and will be seconded from the floor.

Members are only allowed to nominate and vote. If you are not current before the nomination meeting process begins, we will get you current the evening of November 21st.
December 19th elections
Elections are conducted using Ranked Choice Voting. The winner must get 50%+1. (DPW Rule). All serve for two years starting January 1st, 2025.
Absentee voting is permitted. Request a ballot at [email protected] or in writing to DPBC, PO Box 11291, Green Bay WI 54307. If you are issued an absentee ballot, you will not be given another ballot at the meeting. You may bring your ballot to the meeting. Ballots are due by election day December 19th. They can be returned via mail or dropped in our mailbox, left of the front entrance.
At the election meeting, only Members whose dues are paid at least five (5) days prior to the election (December 14th) are eligible to vote. This notice has been sent to some recently lapsed members and some whose membership will expire before December 14th. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that they are current.
